What Ray does with G@W
Ray contributes to three initiatives within Gender at Work: working on a chapter for an upcoming book on gender and institutional change; designing and facilitating collaboratory initiatives to foster connections between diverse communities focused on institutional change toward gender equality; and a Gender Action Learning project in South Sudan with three organizations focused on reducing gender-based violence.
Year he joined Gender at Work
He joined G@W to continue to expand his work in making a difference globally for people and the planet. Ray enjoys belonging to a network of creative partners and associates who are innovating ways to make our institutions, communities and families more safe, spiritual and just.
Where else he has worked
Ray is the Canadian Hub Director for Polarity Partnerships, a founding partner of Threshold Associates and on the faculty of the Canadian Organization Development Institute. He has completed international projects for SNV, Cordaid, Packard Foundation and the World Bank.
Other work on gender and institutional change
Ray supports government, philanthropic and non-governmental organizations on leadership and strategy development, transformational change, capacity development, and whole system change.
