Having started her journey working with African Feminist organisations, Kékéli Kpognon has for the past 15+ years provided technical services and strategic support to African and diaspora- led organisations, as well as mainstream NGOs and institutions working in Europe and Africa on gender, social norms change, leadership development and movement building.Common threads in Kékéli’s work have been: seeking to deconstruct fundamental causes of inequality, advocating for people-centred policies and creating spaces for collective problem finding and solving.Currently Belgium-based, Kékéli is a English-French bilingual practitioner who was educated in Togo, France and the UK, and holds an MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development from SOAS, University of London.
